Kentucky Fried Cruelty

It has been uncovered that the conditions that birds used in Kentucky Fried Chicken are horribly mistreated.  They are crammed into huge waste-filled factories.  The chicken are bred and drugged to be so large that they can’t even hold up their own weight and walk, causing their wings and legs to break. 

The way that KFC treats these animals would be illegal if they were treating pigs, dogs, cats or cows.

Chinese Fur Trade

China, by far has the most cruel fur trade in the world.


"When the fur is finally peeled off over the animals' heads, their naked, bloody bodies are thrown onto a pile of those who have gone before them. Some are still alive, breathing in ragged gasps and blinking slowly. Some of the animals' hearts are still beating five to 10 minutes after they are skinned. One investigator recorded a skinned raccoon dog on the heap of carcasses who had enough strength to lift his bloodied head and stare into the camera.
Before they are skinned alive, animals are pulled from their cages and thrown to the ground; workers bludgeon them with metal rods or slam them on hard surfaces, causing broken bones and convulsions but not always immediate death. Animals watch helplessly as workers make their way down the row."

This just in according to PETA, veal is used in Gerber baby food. Many people tend to not eat veal because of the terrible conditions that baby cows endure in order for veal to be made. "Tearing babies away from their mothers and locking them in up boxes for a few months before prodding them on wobbly, atrophied legs to slaughter." Even if you shy away from this meat, you may unknowingly.

SAVE SEALS BY BOYCOTTING CANADIAN MAPLE SYRUP

The Canadian government has no laws regulating the senseless killing of thousands of baby seals each year for their fur. “Many of these pups have their heads bashed in or are shot before they even get a chance to eat their first solid meal or learn how to swim.” By not purchasing Canadian Maple syrup, you will encourage them to stop this killing

Those who are involved in these senseless killings, are so concerned with not damaging the fur that they are even more reckless and cruel in their killing.
